Representative Case

Voelker v. BNSF Ry. Co. (admitted pro hac vice). A Local Chairman was terminated for providing information related to another employee’s on-duty personal injury claim. The railroad argued that a law protecting the employee’s rights violated the U.S. Constitution. The court found in the Local Chairman’s favor and upheld the law. The case later settled for a confidential amount.

What Clients Are Saying About David...

They did a good job for me. They communicated well and told me what was going on. I don’t know of anyone that could have done better.
