That’s why we are so excited to announce that our firm has once again grown with the addition of Attorney Taylor Cunningham, who shares our passion for helping people through difficult times and complicated cases.
Attorney Cunningham is a trial and appellate lawyer who primarily focuses on catastrophic injury claims and wrongful death lawsuits, so he has joined our personal injury and litigation team. Much of his practice will involve railroad accident claims, which are considered among the most complex forms of mass transportation accidents. He has also built a reputation for being able to help other attorneys in complex motion practice and appeals.

Quickly into his legal career, Taylor began to make a name for himself. He has earned multiple recognitions from Super Lawyers® Rising Stars℠, an annual distinction that is limited to no more than 2.5% of practicing attorneys who are either under the age of 40 or who have been practicing for less than 10 years.
Taylor is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the Hennepin County Bar Association, and the Minnesota Lavender Bar Association. He frequently presents at continuing legal education (CLE) seminars and authors articles on topics including personal injury law and litigation. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School, teaching Legal Writing and Research, and often writes amicus briefs in Minnesota appellate courts on issues usually related to consumer law and protections.

For his education, Taylor earned his B.A. at Oklahoma State University and graduated summa cum laude. He completed his J.D. at Minnesota Law School, where he was the Articles Editor for the Journal of Law & Inequality.
In his free time, Taylor loves to spend time with his family, friends, and two rescue dogs. He grew up in Oklahoma but decided to beat the heat by moving to Minnesota for law school. To the surprise of no locals, he quickly grew to love Minnesota and decided to stay.
